Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore, is a remarkable Hollywood actress and author whose talents have earned an acclaim from critics as well as recognition. She's the daughter of a Sagittarius born on December 3, 1960 in North Carolina. She's the oldest of children from Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper, and Anne who is a psychology student. She's of Scottish-English descent. Moore has moved frequently with her family because of the duties for her father. It was difficult to keep or meet new acquaintances. In 1990, she made her cinematic debut in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie which was later criticized as an awful low-budget movie. Short Cuts (1997) and 3 Women (1993), both Robert Altman productions, were her first film. Moore received numerous nominations and received praise for her first film. Moore got her first role as a lead on the screen in Safe (1995). The actress' career was at a crossroads when Steven Spielberg cast her to play the lead role in Jurassic Park: The Lost World which became one of 1997's highest-grossing movies. In 1999 she starred in the critically acclaimed Magnolia and was awarded an SAG Award nomination in recognition of her work. She was in co-starring roles with Nicole Kidman, Meryl Streep along with other actors for The Hours, which was awarded nine times at the Academy Awards. Moore has also starred in The Forgotten (2004), Freedomland 2006, Shelter 2010, etc. In 2014, she starred in Non-Stop. Moore was in a variety of films and shows. She's appeared in a number of films and television shows. Her latest role was In When You Finish Save the World 2022. In her role as an Hollywood child's writer and actress, the actress is well-established. She published her first book Freckleface Strawberry in 2007 and it became a N.Y.T. The book became a best bestseller, and then was adapted to a television series as well as musical. She also published My Mom's a Foreigner in the year 2013. Moore, as a very popular author and performer is also known for making her personal life public. In 1984 she married John Robin and in 1995 they separated. They have two children together and a son with Bart Freundlich whom she later was married to in 2003. Moore's entire life revolves around families, work and friends.
